Hyper Muse Studios by James Windham

Hyper Muse Studios is where I make noise on purpose.

Original music, sound design, and scores.

I write, produce, and build sound that grabs attention, heightens emotion, and refuses to be ignored. Film, TV, branded content, live experiences; if it needs to hit harder, Hyper Muse Studios makes it happen.

This isn’t stock music.
It’s not plug-and-play.

It’s sound with purpose.

Reborn

My original music piece, written for the thought-provoking short film "Reborn" by Matthew Rouleau. This mesmerizing film follows an old man's introspective journey aboard a spacecraft, searching for his life's true purpose. Here is about a minute of the short film.

Something Wicked

As a dedicated enthusiast of compelling horror films and narratives, I've long aspired to create my own score for a horror scene. To explore this passion, I produced a short clip purely for the enjoyment of it.

The phrase "Something wicked this way comes" is a notable line from Act IV, Scene I of William Shakespeare's Macbeth. Spoken by one of the witches, it signals the arrival of Macbeth, who has become increasingly malevolent and corrupt. The line captures a sense of foreboding and evil, encapsulating the play's exploration of darkness and ambition.
